Equipment overview

Aerator types
(1)Blast aerator: connect conveying pipeline with aeration fan with a certain air volume and pressure, add air to the liquid through diffusion aerator, so that the liquid is in full contact with the air.
(2) Surface aerator: motor drives the axial flow impeller, a water curtain is formed after the wastewater is discharged to the surrounding through water guide plate and contacts with the air to form water droplets, the liquid level produceds turbulent flow and lot of bubbles, so that oxygen increases in water, when the water droplets striking the liquid level.
(3)Diving jet aerator: it consists of pump for aeration, air-intake duct, nozzle holder, gas mixing chambr and diffuser.
(4)Submerged aerator: motor directly drives impeller and creates centrifugal force.

Uses
(1) The oxygen in the air is transferred to the activated sludge flocs in the mixed liquor for microbial respiration.
(2) Stirring and mixing to make the mixture in aeration tank in violent mixing state and the full contact of organic pollutants in activated sludge.
